You can return unactivated eSIMs within 30 days without giving any reason. We will refund you the full purchase price.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires if the eSIM has been activated. An activated eSIM cannot be returned as it is a personalized digital product that has been used.
