3. Subject Matter of the Contract

We sell digital eSIM products. The eSIM is delivered digitally by email immediately after purchase. The eSIM can be activated within 180 days of purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include the applicable value added tax. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the checkout process.

5. Delivery

The eSIM is delivered digitally by email immediately after successful payment. A QR code and activation instructions are included.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason, provided the eSIM has not been activated. Once activated, the right of withdrawal expires.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
